1. Compared to other solo journaling games, it leaves too much to the imagination and doesn't give a good foundation for creating the world you are playing in. Plus, many of the rules were too vague and hard to follow or started okay, then fell apart when you put them into play.  It would have been nice to have a worksheet that outlined the play steps. I used Apothecary and Stardew Valley as bases for rewriting the system to make a little more sense.  I tried to use as many of the charts that were provided as possible. You are welcome to read through the rewrite here. It's not perfect, but it made the game more playable for me and my friend, who likes to play solo adventure games.

2. I appreciated the story at the beginning; the poems were lovely, and the art was pretty. The way to create the goblin friends you meet was a well-written part of the game that played right.

I am very disappointed in the game. I was really excited to play because I love tea so much but rules are very unclear. They often are muddled in flowery words leaving to much up to interpretation.  There are a lot of charts with confussing directions, making it more like a glorified writing prompt then an actual game. I ended up having to rewrite the rules to make sense to be able to play.

The art work is cute and it has a potential but the game lacks structure. It feels like this is the first game this person made and they have very little ttrpg system building experience. This could have really benefitted from being play tested more and have an editor.

I love playing this game as a way to write letters to my penpal friends. I have even been using my tarot cards in place of regular playing cards to help full out the world a bit more and build the story. Specifically I use the meanings of the cards to help determine how the events play our in my writing and the characters that I meet.

It was a little challenging to get started as I am a visual learner and dyslexic. It took me about 3 test runs to fully grasp how the game works. I ended up creating a little worksheet to help me playthrough the game without always having to refer to the rules. (You can download it here if you want) I understand that there is room for misinterpretation of the rule but I like the structure of having a visual representation of how to play the game. It helps me spend more time enjoying playing and practicing writing rather than getting blogged down in the details.
